Gold Seal Title as been incorporated since 1992 and is currently an independent agent of Attorneys Title Insurance Fund and Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company. Bauman, Bauman & Kanner consists of three lawyers with a combined tenure of practice spanning fifty years in Broward County. Our area of specialization is real property and title closings.
